Vista White is our unique take on white coffee—a specialty roast of our Signature Blend crafted in under 4 minutes to preserve the natural character of the bean while avoiding the acidity and bitterness of dark roasted coffees. Because it is roasted so lightly (far lighter than even a traditional “light roast”), the beans retain a pale, golden-tan color rather than the deep brown of regular coffee.
This ultra-light roast produces a nutty, slightly toasted flavor with subtle grain-like sweetness, rather than the caramelized notes of darker roasts. It has a smooth body with low acidity, making it distinct from traditional brewed coffee. Because the beans are still quite hard, we sell it only in ground form.
Caffeine Level: Since white coffee is roasted at a lower temperature for less time, it retains more of the bean’s natural caffeine—typically slightly higher than a standard medium or dark roast.
Roast Shade: Very light—pale/tan (sometimes called “white roast” or “half-baked”).
Enjoy Vista White as an alternative to traditional coffee—whether pulled as a shot for a nutty, energizing espresso or brewed for a mellow, naturally sweet cup.
