Why do I see Amarkos, Inc., on my credit card statement?
Vista Clara Coffee is a dba of Amarkos, Inc., the legal name of our company.
Do you have Decaf Coffee?
Yes, we roast a Fair Trade Organic SWISS WATER processed decaf coffee that does not have any of the chemical residue found in other decaf coffees.
What are the different grinds of coffee?
Please see the Roast Guide and Grind Types page under the Shop heading on this website for detailed information about the grinds we can provide you.
Do you sell Wholesale?
Yes, please contact us through the Contact page for additional information and pricing.
Is your coffee organic?
We are working towards organic certification with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. We do have certified organic beans available upon request.
Do you offer Discounts?
Yes, we offer several ways to save. There is a discounted price of $15.50 per pound if you purchase 5 or more 1 lb bags of any combination of coffees. The 5 lb bag price is $14.50 per pound. There is also a 10% discount if you subscribe, which is in addition to the discounts mentioned above.
Subscriptions
Can I change my products?
Yes, you can change the product of your subscription. Here are the steps:
- Click the Account Icon at the top of the page. If you don’t have an account yet, click 'Create Account' and use the same email you used at checkout when you purchased your coffee.
- After logging in, click 'Manage Subscriptions.
- Inside your subscription details, scroll to 'Swap Product.' A list of available products will appear, and you can select the new product you want for your subscription.
- Confirm your selection.
I'm going out of town, Can I skip my next order?
Yes, you can skip your next order. Here are the steps:
- Click the Account Icon at the top of the page. If you don’t have an account yet, click 'Create Account' and use the same email you used at checkout when you purchased your coffee.
- After logging in, click 'Manage Subscriptions.
- Inside your subscription details, scroll to 'Upcoming Orders.
- Click on 'Skip' next to the next scheduled delivery date.
- Confirm when prompted.
I love it so much - I'm running out! How can I get more sooner?
- Log into your account using the same email you used for your subscription.
- Once logged in, click on “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Find the subscription you want to update.
- Click on “Next Order Date”
- Choose an earlier date for your next order.
- Click “Save” or “Update” to confirm the change.
That’s it! Your next order will now ship on the new date.
Can I add a coupon code?
- Log in to your account. Click on “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Select the active subscription you want to apply the coupon to.
- Scroll down and look for the section labeled “Apply Discount Code.”
- Enter your coupon code (Example: WELCOME10) into the field.
- Click “Apply”.
How do I update my payment method?
- Log in to your account using the email tied to your subscription.
- Click “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Click “Update Payment Method Details.”
- Select “Update Payment Method", you will receive an email to update info.
- Enter your new card details.
- “Save” to confirm the changes.
How do I update my shipping address?
- Log in to your account using the email you used for your subscription.
- Look for Account Details
- Select View Address.
- Click “Edit” or “add a new address.”
- Enter your new shipping address and double-check for accuracy.
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

Do you have free shipping?
We don’t offer free shipping right now. Shipping helps us get your coffee to you fresh and on time.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns/Refunds
Because Vista Clara Coffee is shipping perishable goods, we cannot accept returns. All coffee purchases are final. For non-perishable items, including clothing, espresso machines and accessories, and other goods available through our website or our onsite retail store, if the goods are damaged or lost, please contact us at orders@vistaclaracoffee.com and we will be happy to assist you.
