Our most popular blend (for those who know Seattle's Best Coffee, this is Henry's Blend). Over the years the blend has matured into a combination of beans from Indonesia, South and Central America.  

The flavor notes include:

Aroma                Nut-toned. Carob, Brazil nut, gardenia, fir, raisin. 
Structure/Acidity:       Sweet-savory structure with brisk acidity. 
Body:                  Lightly velvety.
Flavor:                 Carob, Brazil nut, gardenia, fir, raisin. 
Aftertaste:              Crisp, sweet, muted, with fir and carob notes

GRIND TYPE DESCRIPTIONS

Whole Bean

  • Grind: Un-ground, whole coffee beans.
  • Consistency: Whole, you'll be grinding these yourself
  • Best for: Those who prefer to grind their beans fresh right before brewing for optimal flavor and aroma. Allows for complete control over grind size to match any brewing method.

French Press/Cold Brew/Toddy

  • Grind: Coarse
  • Particle Size: 7.25µm
  • Consistency: Similar to coarse sea salt, with large, distinct particles.  
  • Best for: French press, percolators, and other immersion brewing methods where coffee steeps in water for an extended period.  

Drip

  • Grind: Medium
  • Particle Size: 4.5- 5.5µm
  • Consistency: Similar to medium-grain sea salt, with a slightly finer texture than the pour over grind.
  • Best for: Automatic drip coffee makers and flat-bottom pour over brewers.

Fine

  • Grind: Medium-fine
  • Particle Size: 3.5- 3.75µm
  • Consistency: Comparable to fine table salt, with smaller, more uniform particles.
  • Best for: Moka pot, Aeropress, siphon brewers, and cone-shaped pour over devices.

Espresso

  • Grind: Fine
  • Particle Size: 3.0- 3.5µm
  • Consistency: Like finely ground table salt or caster sugar, with a powdery texture.
  • Best for: Espresso machines, requiring a fine grind for proper extraction under pressure.

Great coffee!

I’m a longtime purchaser of the Signature Blend. It’s a great medium roast that delivers every time. After retiring and leaving Snohomish County for Arizona, we still continue to buy Signature and have two pounds of whole beans shipped when we are running low. I get it reliably in three business days. Good morning coffee is important!

Outrageous price increase

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years; however, this will be my last order due to the significant price increase. I would have been ok with an increase but greater than 30% plus the huge increase in postage is just too much at once. This is a great way to ruin a good business quickly.

We use this roast in our espresso machine at our church and it makes excellent beverages. The true test is a really good classic Americano- and this stuff has such a well-rounded and robust taste
