Our newest single-origin coffee is a natural processed bean sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia's Guji region. We keep the roast light in order to preserve the bean's renowned hints of floral, blueberry, and strawberry. These delicate fruit characteristics can be found in both the aroma and the cup, and they carry through to a bright, clean cup with a smooth finish.
