Roasting and All it's Glory
Scott is learning what it takes to get a batch of green coffee from off the pallets, into the roaster and finally into your awaiting cups. We like to show everyone what the roasting cycle is like and what we do to perfect the process. Come in and check it out for yourselves!
Hot coffee, for more of your morning
Tired of just making one cup of coffee at a time in the morning? Does your coffee go cold after just a few hours? Say hello to the Zojirushi Vacuum walled Thermal carafe. This will make up to a liter of coffee and can keep it hot for over eight hours.
Look for it in the store under products!
Green Coffee Shipments
This is just one step of the process in keeping our shelves stocked with coffee. Here, Craig is unloading several pallets stacked with green coffee bags. These shipments represent countries such as Colombia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Sumatra.
Cupping at the plant
As a coffee roaster, we always want to better understand the unique flavors we are blending together in order to bring you a more delicious cup of coffee. Part of that is doing comparison coffee cupping. Here we are comparing our Signature and Avanti blend to one of our competitors.
Freshly roasted coffee isn't just a product we offer. It's an experience we want to share with you. And with every great experience, there comes a story. This is our story and we invite you to be a part of it.
